Samsung's newest line of Galaxy Z foldable smartphones, including the Fold8 Ultra, Fold8, and Flip8, are now available for preorder. Alongside these devices, the Galaxy Watch9 is also available for preorder. Customers who place their preorders through Amazon can receive significant Amazon gift card bonuses, with potential savings of up to $350.
The Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra represents the top-tier offering in the new lineup. Designed for power users, it boasts a large 8-inch display when unfolded, suitable for multitasking with multiple applications. When folded, it features a 6.5-inch front display. The device is equipped with a 200MP main camera and a 5MP ultrawide lens. Pricing for the Z Fold8 Ultra starts at $2099 for the 256GB model and can reach up to $2799 for the 1TB version. Preordering this model from Amazon includes a $350 gift card.
The standard Galaxy Z Fold8 offers a slightly more compact form factor than its Ultra counterpart. It features a 7.6-inch display when unfolded and a 5.5-inch front display. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, it includes a 50MP dual camera system and comes in a variety of color options. This model also qualifies for a $350 Amazon gift card upon preorder.
For users prioritizing portability, the Galaxy Z Flip8 is the thinnest and lightest option. It transforms from a pocketable square when closed, featuring a 4.1-inch front display, to a 6.9-inch display when opened. A notable feature of the Flip8 is its "FlexCam" mode, which allows users to position the phone halfway open for hands-free photography or video calls. Preordering the Z Flip8 from Amazon comes with a $200 gift card.
In addition to the phones, the new Samsung Galaxy Watch9 is also available for preorder. This smartwatch includes comprehensive sleep and fitness tracking features, along with AI assistance. Preordering the Galaxy Watch9 through Amazon will include a $50 gift card. All new Galaxy Z devices and the Galaxy Watch9 are set to be released on August 7.
