Fans of Atlus' critically acclaimed Metaphor: ReFantazio can now secure a piece of the game's visual artistry with the upcoming release of The Art of Metaphor: ReFantazio hardcover book. Preorders for the art book, authored by Kelly Knox, are currently live at select retailers, with a price point of $50.
The Art of Metaphor: ReFantazio is slated for release on March 9, 2027. Despite the wait, interested buyers are encouraged to place their preorders early, as the book has already seen stock shortages at retailers like Walmart.
The art book promises an in-depth look at the game's development, featuring behind-the-scenes details, concept art, character sketches, and insights into the narrative and gameplay systems. Its cover art boasts a striking dark red background with gold embellishments, adding to its appeal as a collectible item.
Given the positive reception of Metaphor: ReFantazio, which was IGN's favorite game of 2024, fans looking to add a significant piece of its creative process to their collections may find this art book a worthwhile addition.
