Warhammer Survivors Gets November 10 Release Date, New Demo Available

Warhammer Survivors, the Warhammer-infused take on the popular bullet heaven genre, is set to launch on November 10. Developed by Auroch Digital, the game promises to blend the familiar horde-slaying action with iconic Warhammer characters. To coincide with the release announcement, a new demo has been made available on Steam.

The updated demo allows players to experience two new champions, the Legend of Catachan and Lyssa Ravenya. This fresh build also incorporates improvements and new weapons based on feedback from the previous demo. The full game is slated to feature over 40 Warhammer characters that players can recruit into their squad.

Warhammer Survivors will be priced at £6.39 / $7.99 / €7.49 upon release. A 10% discount will be offered on Steam during the game's first week of launch. The developers revealed these details in a Steam post, accompanied by a trailer showcasing gameplay and characters.

Our own impressions of an earlier demo highlighted the game's successful fusion of Vampire Survivors' mechanics with the Warhammer aesthetic. The detailed pixel art and challenging power progression were noted, as was the potential tactical depth offered by the squad system, which aims to provide a meaningful new element to the genre. For those unfamiliar with the bullet heaven style, a review of Vampire Survivors is available for further context.
