Amazon has announced a new partnership with Uber Eats that provides a free delivery benefit to U.S. Prime subscribers. The perk applies to orders of $25 or more, with orders placed through Amazon's website or shopping app.
This benefit extends to all U.S. Prime membership tiers, including Prime for Young Adults and Prime Access. To commemorate the partnership, Uber Eats is also offering $20 off the first two orders of $25 or more placed by November 18.
Prime members can access the Uber Eats benefit by visiting amazon.com/ubereats or by searching for "Uber Eats" within the Amazon Shopping app. Users will log in with their existing Amazon credentials, browse local restaurant options, and complete their order using their saved Amazon payment methods. Amazon will provide delivery status updates via email and push notifications, with Uber Eats following up with a final order confirmation.
The integration aims to enhance the value of an Amazon Prime subscription by bundling additional services. While Amazon is a popular platform for purchasing games, it has faced criticism, such as reported delays in game deliveries for titles like the Ocarina of Time remake among Nintendo fans.
