The Epic Games Store is offering a pair of free PC games this week, including DLC for the Dungeons & Dragons idle strategy game Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms and the cozy base-building simulator Flotsam. Both titles are available at no cost until Thursday, November 12, at 11 a.m. EST.
Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms is an auto-battler where champions fight autonomously. The free content is Morte's Renown Pack, which Epic values at $100. This pack adds Morte, Nordom, Donaar, Sentry, and Sheila to the game. It also includes 32 Platinum Chests, two week-long potions, and an exclusive Kapak Draconian familiar. Morte, a character from Planescape: Torment, features a bite-based basic attack and an ultimate ability that summons skeletal allies.
Flotsam is a town-building game set on the water. Players construct a floating home using salvaged ocean debris like driftwood and plastic, developing it into a thriving ecosystem with new technologies. The game also involves exploration of ruins and the rescue of survivors. On Steam, Flotsam has garnered over 2,000 Very Positive player reviews.
To claim these free offerings, users need to log into their Epic Games Store accounts.
