The LADPED LP60 adult electric scooter is available for less than $80 this Black Friday, with AliExpress offering the model for $79.10 after applying the coupon code "DBDEAL20." This deal includes free shipping and is provided by AOVOPRO, the official manufacturer of the scooters.
The LADPED LP60 features a 350W brushless motor capable of reaching speeds up to 19mph. It is powered by a 36V 5.2Ah battery, which LADPED claims offers a range of up to 16 miles, though real-world usage is expected to be closer to 10-12 miles. The scooter weighs approximately 34 pounds and is foldable for transport and storage. It is equipped with 8.5-inch maintenance-free tires suitable for paved surfaces.
Compared to other brands, the LADPED LP60 presents a more budget-friendly option. Competitors like the Segway Ninebot E2 and Niu KQi 100P typically retail around $350. AliExpress is noted as a primary source for such deals, with the marketplace vendor shipping from overseas and handling tariffs.
The deal is specifically highlighted as a Black Friday promotion, with IGN commerce manager Eric Song suggesting it's a compelling reason to purchase an electric scooter if cost has been a barrier. The product is sold by the official manufacturer and features fast, free delivery from the US.
