A 5TB Seagate "Game Drive" Portable Hard Drive is currently available for $170.05 through the official Newegg store on AliExpress, ahead of the Black Friday sales period. This deal includes free shipping and is activated by the coupon code "DBDEAL40," which provides a $40 discount.
The drive is shipped from a local US warehouse and is expected to be delivered within a week. Newegg is an authorized Seagate reseller. While the price may be higher than what was available two years ago, this deal represents the current lowest price for a 5TB portable drive on the market.
Despite its "Game Drive for Xbox" marketing, the device functions as a standard portable hard drive with Xbox branding and aesthetic elements. It features USB 3.2 transfer speeds of up to 100-150MB/s. The drive uses a USB 3.0 Micro-B connection, and a compatible cable is included. A replacement cable for this uncommon connector is readily available and inexpensive should it be lost.
