The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless Gaming Headset, frequently cited as one of the best wireless gaming headsets, has dropped to its lowest price ever at Woot. The headset is available for $183.99 when a 20% off coupon code "PCGAMING" is applied. Amazon Prime members receive free shipping, while others will incur a $5 delivery fee. This offer applies to a new, unused headset that comes with a 90-day Woot warranty.
IGN awarded the Arctis Nova Pro a perfect 10/10 in its review, praising its features such as the hot-swappable battery system. This system allows for continuous wireless play by providing two rechargeable batteries, one in use and another charging in the base station. Each battery offers up to 22 hours of playtime.
The accompanying base station includes an OLED display and a volume control knob, along with USB inputs for PC connectivity and a 3.5mm passthrough for speakers. For audio, the headset utilizes 40mm neodymium dynamic drivers and supports spatial sound technologies like SteelSeries Sonar for PC, Tempest 3D Audio for PS5, and Microsoft Spatial Sound for Xbox. The retractable boom microphone is noted for its clarity and ability to cancel ambient noise.
Comfort during long gaming sessions is provided by the suspension-style headband and leatherette ear cushions, supported by a steel inner core for durability. While SteelSeries has released a successor, the Nova Pro Omni, it is currently priced at $380, making the original Nova Pro a more compelling value at its current discounted price for users who do not require seamless cross-platform switching.
