Clint Eastwood's 2014 biographical war drama American Sniper has moved from Netflix to a new streaming home. The film is now available on Peacock in the U.S., according to reporting from Polygon. It remains available on Netflix and HBO Max in other territories.

The R-rated film, which stars Bradley Cooper as U.S. Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, follows Kyle's experiences during the Iraq War and the personal toll his service took on him and his family. Cooper earned an Academy Award nomination for his performance, and the film itself was nominated for Best Picture. American Sniper received six Oscar nominations in total, ultimately winning for Best Sound Editing.

Despite critical acclaim and Academy recognition, the film is also remembered for an infamous scene featuring a plastic baby, which director Clint Eastwood later explained was due to scheduling conflicts with the infant actors.

While American Sniper has found a new home on Peacock, its availability there is temporary. The film is scheduled to depart NBCUniversal's streaming service on December 1.
