Prime Video has announced that Reacher will return for its fourth season on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The season will debut with its first three episodes, with subsequent new episodes releasing weekly until the season finale on September 16, 2026.
Following the Reacher Season 4 finale, all eight episodes of the highly anticipated spin-off series, Neagley, will also be available to stream on September 16. The new series will focus on ex-military police officer Frances Neagley, who now works as a private investigator in Chicago. Neagley was a former protégé of Jack Reacher during their time in the Army’s 110th Special Investigations Unit.
Nieagley's story will see her investigating a dangerous case involving a friend from her past who has died under suspicious circumstances. Maria Sten reprises her role as Frances Neagley. The cast also includes Greyston Holt as Detective Hudson Riley, Adeline Rudolph as Renee Birdwhistle, Jasper Jones as Keno, Matthew Del Negro as Pierce Woodrow, and Damon Herriman as Lawrence Cole. Alan Ritchson will make a guest appearance as Jack Reacher.
The Neagley series is not based on a specific novel from Lee Child's Jack Reacher book series. Reacher Season 4, however, is based on the 13th novel in the series, "Gone Tomorrow," published in 2009. Prime Video has already renewed Reacher for a fifth season. The third season of Reacher achieved significant viewership, with 54.6 million global viewers within its first 19 days on the service, making it the most-watched season on Prime Video over that period since the premiere of "Fallout."
