Replicant D6's Agent 64: Spies Never Die, a game developed as a tribute to Nintendo 64 first-person shooters like GoldenEye 007 and Perfect Dark, is set to launch on August 11. Originally showcased as a prototype in 2021, the title has been in development for five years.

The game's narrative follows secret agent John Walter as he confronts his adversary, Dominic Pulp, in a bid to safeguard the world. While the first-person shooting mechanics and level design are reminiscent of its N64 inspirations, Agent 64 incorporates modernized artificial intelligence for enemies. The 14-mission story campaign can be experienced solo or with others, supporting two-player local split-screen co-op and four-player online co-op. Each mission includes three difficulty settings that introduce additional objectives and unlockable areas. Players can also enable modifiers and cheats, such as a "big head" mode, altered bullet speeds, and the disabling of reloads.

Beyond its campaign, Agent 64 provides competitive multiplayer options for four players in local split-screen and eight players online. Players can also engage with AI-controlled bots in these modes. Available multiplayer modes include Deathmatch, Briefcase, where the objective is to hold a briefcase for scoring, Zone, which involves capturing map areas, and Challenges, timed matches against bots focused on achieving specific scores.

Agent 64: Spies Never Die will be available on PC via Steam. A demo is also accessible on the platform for players to sample before the full release.
