Attendees at D23 have received an early glimpse of character costumes for the upcoming film Avengers: Doomsday, with detailed looks at Nightcrawler and Mystique now on display. The Anaheim Convention Center floor featured exhibits of props and costumes relevant to the new Avengers installment, including outfits for these prominent X-Men characters.

Central to the X-Men presence was a large Sentinel head, rendered with comic-accurate detail, complete with glowing green eyes and a purple helmet, positioned amidst rubble. A sign for Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, bearing the X-Mansion's address of 1407 Graymalkin Lane, was also part of the display.

Nightcrawler's costume showcased the character's dual cutlasses, with a mannequin holding a blade in each hand. His attire features a long coat with the X logo, a waistcoat, pinstriped pants, and a turtleneck. Mystique's costume follows her classic appearance, seen in official posters and trailers, featuring her signature white regalia with a tiara.

Other displayed costumes included the Red Guardian's tracksuit, Sentry's bathrobe, Shuri's Black Panther suit, and Captain America's classic costume. These exhibits offer fans a closer look at the characters' designs ahead of further details expected from Marvel's presentation at the Honda Center later in the weekend.

The D23 event continues to be a hub for Avengers: Doomsday news, following recent updates to the film's official YouTube countdown stream, which included a new poster of Dr. Doom and a voiceover from Sue Storm. This content echoes elements shown in a trailer previously screened at San Diego Comic-Con's Hall H Panel, fueling anticipation for subsequent reveals.
