Tribute Games' superhero brawler Marvel Cosmic Invasion is set to receive a new story expansion this fall, titled The Siege of Castle Doom. This paid DLC will place the iconic Fantastic Four antagonist, Doctor Doom, at the forefront of a new game mode.
While details regarding Doctor Doom's role and activities within the expansion remain scarce due to the absence of trailers or screenshots, the DLC has confirmed the introduction of two new playable characters. The addition follows the May update that brought Cyclops and The Thing to the game's roster. It remains to be seen if these new characters will also hail from the X-Men or Fantastic Four franchises, or if they will be unaffiliated.
The Siege of Castle Doom DLC will be available across all existing platforms for Marvel Cosmic Invasion, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch 2, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC.
