Fortnite's Mastery Monday event is set to return with Chapter 7 Season 4, providing players with a focused 24-hour period to accelerate their sprite collection and leveling.
This event is designed to help players keep pace with the game's continuous introduction of new sprites and variants. During Mastery Monday, players will benefit from several buffs aimed at enhancing the sprite collection experience.
Event Schedule and Buffs
Mastery Monday is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. EDT on Monday, September 7, and will run for a full 24 hours. Players in different time zones can expect the event to start at the following times:
- 6 a.m. PDT for the west coast of North America
- 9 a.m. EDT for the east coast of North America
- 10 a.m. BRT for Brazil
- 2 p.m. BST for the U.K.
- 3 p.m. CEST for western Europe
- 10 p.m. JST for Japan
- 11 p.m. AEST for the east coast of Australia
During the event, players will receive the following in-game benefits:
- Sprites will level up at twice the normal rate.
- Players will earn double the amount of sprite dust.
- Sprite dust earned from extractions will also be doubled.
Maximizing Collection
The event concludes at the same time on the following day, giving players a significant window to maximize their sprite acquisition. This period is particularly beneficial for players looking to complete their sprite collections or acquire sprites they may have missed in previous updates. While there has been no official confirmation on whether collected sprites will carry over to the next season, players can still utilize their collected sprites in the Sprite Garden. Furthermore, Epic Games has indicated that a new mastery back bling will be introduced in a future update, allowing players to showcase their favorite sprites from the current season.
