Playground Games is rolling out the Series 4 Horizon Playlist, dubbed ‘Horizon Mascot Party,’ for Forza Horizon 6, bringing a variety of new content and activities to players from August 13 to September 10. The update features the addition of ten new cars to collect and a novel, temporary time attack circuit situated within the game's stadium.
The Edamame Time Attack Circuit, a new addition for this series only, will be accessible within the stadium. This circuit will incorporate the same in-world leaderboard functionality as the game's existing permanent time attack courses. Beyond the track, the update also introduces new props for use in the Event Lab, along with enhancements to garage and estate customization options.
This four-week event will offer ten vehicles as rewards. Some of these cars are new to the Horizon series, while others are returning prizes from Forza Horizon 6's Series 1 playlist. Players can earn these cars by accumulating points throughout the various seasons within the playlist. Notable car rewards include the 2018 Exomotive Exocet Sport V8 XP-5 and the 1969 Datsun 2000 Roadster, both available during the Summer Season. The Autumn Season will offer the 2024 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and the 2016 Abarth 695 Biposto. During the Winter Season, players can acquire the 1974 Toyota Celica GT and the 1989 Toyota MR2 SC. The Spring Season brings the 1988 Mitsubishi Starion ESI-R and the 1968 Dodge Dart HEMI Super Stock. Two special cars, the 1970 Honda N600 and the 1967 Renault 8 Gordini, are available as overarching rewards for the entire series.
Following the 'Horizon Mascot Party,' Playground Games plans to launch a new series titled ‘British Automotive,’ which will focus on celebrating iconic British cars from classic models to contemporary designs.
