Home Depot has announced the return of its popular 12-foot-tall Halloween skeleton, affectionately known as "Skelly," for the 2026 season. The retailer’s Halloween Collection is now available, featuring both the original model and a new, app-controlled version.
The standard 12-foot skeleton is available for purchase at $299. For consumers seeking enhanced features, an app-controlled Skelly is also offered at $379. This premium version allows owners to customize head and mouth movements via servo motors, communicate in real-time through the animatronic using Bluetooth, record up to 30 distinct sounds, and select from 20 different LCD "LifeEyes" effects. These interactive capabilities aim to add greater personality to the yard decoration.
Given the significant popularity of Skelly in previous years, both models are anticipated to sell out quickly. Potential buyers are advised to purchase their preferred version promptly to avoid missing out before the Halloween season officially begins. Home Depot's wider Halloween Collection also includes a variety of other animatronics and large-scale decorations.
