The epic LEGO Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith set, previously exclusive to LEGO Stores and frequently backordered, is now available for purchase and shipping through Amazon. This monumental build represents the largest Lord of the Rings set LEGO has ever produced.

The set includes 8,278 pieces, positioning it among the largest LEGO sets released across any theme. It is designed for builders aged 18 and up and carries a price tag of $649.99. Upon completion, the model measures over 23.5 inches high, 24.5 inches wide, and 14.5 inches deep.

Described as an impressive physical object, the Minas Tirith set meticulously details the capital of Gondor. The front of the model is constructed on a micro-scale, while the rear reveals some interior sections in minifigure scale. Notably, these interiors include the Hall of Kings with a throne and a depiction of a Palantir.

Constructing the set involves an extensive building process, with the 8,000-plus pieces contained within approximately 60 bags. Once assembled, the finished model stands as a significant display piece.
