Milly Alcock, the actress portraying Supergirl, has shared her reaction to her upcoming Fortnite skin, a collaboration between Epic Games, DC, and Warner Bros. The character will be accompanied by her canine companion, Krypto.
In a video released by Epic Games, Alcock expressed her positive feelings about seeing her Supergirl appearance in the game, describing it as "pretty cool." However, she humorously predicted that Krypto might overshadow her character in popularity among players. "I think I will soon be forgotten and Krypto will reign," Alcock stated. She also made a lighthearted plea to those who will play with her Supergirl skin: "Make sure I win in the game when you play with me. Do me proud."
The Supergirl and Krypto Fortnite additions are scheduled to arrive later this week, coinciding with the theatrical release of Supergirl on June 26. This follows the addition of a Fortnite skin based on David Corenswet's Superman, which was introduced last year in anticipation of the 2025 Superman movie.
In separate Fortnite news, The Simpsons are set to receive a significant expansion within the game. Later this year, Epic will enable Unreal Engine for The Simpsons, granting creators the ability to develop custom maps and game modes utilizing officially licensed assets from the popular animated series.
