Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced the upcoming additions to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for August 2026, with subscribers to the Extra and Premium tiers gaining access to a robust selection of titles. Headlining the lineup are the popular co-op shooter Helldivers 2 and the medieval RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Helldivers 2 is now available for U.S. PlayStation Plus Premium and Extra subscribers. The game's inclusion marks a significant addition for players seeking cooperative action. Meanwhile, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, a highly anticipated medieval RPG released in February 2025, will become available on August 18. The game revisits the protagonist Henry in 15th-century Europe, immersing players in a narrative of vengeance and self-discovery. Despite being a direct sequel, the developers have aimed for an accessible experience for both new and returning players.
The staggered release dates for new games are a common practice for Sony's Game Catalog updates.
