Pokémon Go's "Road to Legends" event is currently underway, serving as a final prelude to the upcoming Go Fest: Global. Running from July 6 to July 10, the event brings back nearly every legendary and mythical Pokémon into raids, offering players a significant opportunity to expand their collections.
Alongside the increased raid availability, a special Go Pass will remain active until July 12, coinciding with the end of Go Fest: Global. This pass offers rewards through its free track, encouraging consistent engagement with the game.
The "Road to Legends" event introduces several bonuses and perks:
- Remote raids will have no limit until July 12.
- Spinning PokéStops and gyms will yield special stickers until July 12.
- Premier Balls are stated to be more effective for catching Pokémon post-raid until July 12.
- Party Power in raids will charge faster until July 12.
- Origin Forme Palkia and Origin Forme Dialga can learn Spacial Rend and Roar of Time, respectively, via Elite TMs until July 12.
- Players can receive up to two free raid passes daily by spinning gym discs until July 10.
Go Pass Rewards
The event features a Go Pass with 100 ranks, plus an additional 400 bonus ranks that grant Stardust. Players can earn Link Charges and legendary Pokémon candy simply by playing the game. Specific bonuses unlock at certain pass levels, including increased Link Charge storage at Rank 2, additional Candy XL from catching Pokémon in five-star or higher raids (deluxe only at Rank 2), extra candy from catching Pokémon in five-star or higher raids (deluxe only at Rank 3), and increased XP per successful raid (deluxe only at Rank 4).
Further rewards for deluxe pass holders include double candy from hatching Pokémon at Rank 5 and double Stardust from hatching Pokémon at Rank 6. Reaching Rank 10 on the free version of the pass grants a Lucky Trinket, which guarantees a lucky trade with a friend.
Players can earn up to 1,000 points (10 ranks) per day through actions like hatching eggs, winning raids, and catching Pokémon. An additional 250 points can be obtained daily by winning a raid. It is anticipated that these daily limits may be lifted during Go Fest: Global, allowing dedicated players to maximize their Go Pass progress.
