Pokopia is expanding its roster of creatures with the upcoming Bubbly Basin DLC and a free 2.0.0 update. While the DLC will introduce the majority of new Pokémon, a single new addition will be available to all players in a free update scheduled for August 2026.
New Pokémon in Free Update
The free 2.0.0 update for Pokopia will include one confirmed new Pokémon, with hints suggesting its pre-evolution, Phione, may also be added. The confirmed addition is Manaphy.
Bubbly Basin DLC Additions
The Bubbly Basin DLC is set to bring a significant number of new Pokémon. Trailers have confirmed the inclusion of Totodile, Chinchou, Lanturn, Corsola, Mudkip, Carvanha, Sharpedo, Corphish, Buizel, Lumineon, Frillish (both male and female forms), Popplio, Primarina, Golisopod, and Dhelmise. While evolutions and pre-evolutions for these Pokémon, such as Marshtomp and Swampert for Mudkip, are highly anticipated and likely to be included, they have not yet been officially confirmed for the DLC.
Expansion Pass Part Two Tease
Beyond the Bubbly Basin DLC, an extended trailer for the Expansion Pass Part Two has subtly revealed Snubbull as another upcoming Pokémon. It remains to be seen whether its evolution, Granbull, will also be included in this future content drop.
