A Tetris-style game that promoted the Trump administration's immigration policies has been removed from the official White House website. The game, titled "Build the Wall," featured players stacking bricks to create a border, repelling invading zombies in the process.

The removal followed a statement from The Tetris Company, which asserted that it takes copyright infringement "very seriously" and was not involved in the creation of the game. The company also emphasized its belief in "the power of connection and bringing people together, not dividing them."

Prior to its removal, "Build the Wall" was featured in an arcade section of the White House website alongside other parody games such as "Flappy Bill" and "Trump Savings Tycoon." These other games remain accessible on the site.

This incident is not the first time the Trump administration has utilized gaming culture for political messaging. Previously, the administration had promoted mass detention using Halo memes.
