A new expansion book and accompanying accessories are set to merge the worlds of Blizzard Entertainment's World of Warcraft and Wizards of the Coast's Dungeons & Dragons. These crossover items are now available for preorder, with a release date of November 17.

The core of the crossover is the D&D: WoW Gameplay Expansion Book. This volume introduces a significant amount of World of Warcraft-specific content into the Dungeons & Dragons ruleset. It features rules for 16 new species inspired by WoW, all 13 classes from the online game, and includes nine new or revised subclasses with over 40 specializations. The expansion also adds seven dungeons, more than 50 new monsters, and 30 boss stat blocks, alongside new mounts, companion creatures, spells, magic items, and professions.

Accompanying the expansion book is the D&D: World of Warcraft - Icecrown Citadel Adventure Map Pack. This pack is designed to facilitate an adventure set within the Lich King's iconic fortress. It comprises five chapters, 10 maps, and 10 boss encounters, focusing on the notorious villain from the Warcraft universe.

For Dungeon Masters, a D&D: World of Warcraft - Dungeon Master Screen is also available. This four-panel screen serves to conceal a DM's notes and rolls. Its exterior is decorated with a wide-format World of Warcraft artwork, while the interior provides useful reference tables for running a game.

To further enhance the tabletop experience, two Dungeons & Dragons x World of Warcraft Official Miniatures Sets have been produced. Set 1 includes six Horde figures and Illidan Stormrage, while Set 2 contains six Alliance figures and the Lich King. These miniatures can be used in conjunction with the adventure maps.
