Xbox Game Pass is set to welcome six new titles in the latter half of July 2026, including the Unreal Engine 5 remake of Halo: Campaign Evolved. The service will also see the addition of four games launching day-and-date with their release.

Beginning July 21, subscribers can play The Planet Crafter on cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. This is followed by Shift at Midnight, a detective horror multiplayer game, arriving on July 22 for cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Soulslike extraction RPG Mistfall Hunter joins Game Pass on July 30 for cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, also as a day-one release. Pirate city-builder sim Corsair Cove will be available on PC starting July 31, marking another day-one addition.

Halo's Remake and an Underrated Gem

Halo: Campaign Evolved, launching on July 28, is a remake of Bungie's original sci-fi shooter, focusing solely on its campaign and omitting multiplayer modes. This release is a significant addition for Xbox as it commemorates its 25th anniversary. The game will be accessible via cloud, console, handheld, and PC.

Beyond these new launches, Game Pass is also adding Hell Is Us on July 23 for cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Described as a Soulslike-adjacent action-adventure, the game features melee combat and a horror-filled atmosphere as players fight demons in a war-torn landscape. Despite its release being somewhat overshadowed in September 2025, Hell Is Us has been recognized for its quality.

Further Additions to the Library

In early August, two more titles will be integrated into the Game Pass library. Heretic + Hexen, the classic first-person shooter duo, will be available on August 4 for cloud, console, handheld, and PC. Beast of Reincarnation, a title for cloud, Xbox Series X|S, handheld, and PC, also arrives on August 4.

These additions expand the Game Pass offerings beyond the highly anticipated Halo remake, providing a diverse range of genres for subscribers throughout July and into August.
