Dragon Vein Shrines are vital locations scattered throughout Beast of Reincarnation, offering permanent upgrades to your healing capabilities. Interacting with these shrines increases your maximum number of Stims, which are essential for Emma's survival during challenging combat encounters. The first shrine grants an immediate Stim increase, with subsequent upgrades requiring the discovery of ten shrines each. Players can also obtain Life Fruit from each shrine, a resource used for crafting potent items for Koo.
Chapter 1 Shrines
There are no Dragon Vein Shrines to be found in the Ogouchi Buffer Zone, the initial map of Beast of Reincarnation. Shrines only begin appearing from Chapter 2 onwards.
Chapter 2 Shrines (Ancient Civilization Zone)
The Ancient Civilization Zone contains three Dragon Vein Shrines. The first is located at the first locked gate, accessible by climbing ledges on the right. The second shrine can be found within the Reservoir, on the left side of the large initial room after activating both generators to unlock the gate. The third shrine is situated on an upper sloped walkway past the Ruins Slope: Approach Campsite, requiring players to climb and grapple.
Chapter 3 Shrines (The Great Wall Terraces)
A total of eight Dragon Vein Shrines are hidden within The Great Wall Terraces map. The first is found by following a river path past enemies near the map's start. The second is located at the back of the Mountain Village itself, near the cliff wall. After defeating the Nue Malefact boss, the third shrine is atop the highest platform within the arena. The fourth shrine is in a graveyard area guarded by Golems, northwest of the Great Forest: Entrance Campsite. The fifth shrine is located directly beside the Flower Square: Forefront Campsite. For the sixth shrine, players must grapple up to a tall stone platform west of the Ruined Road Square Campsite. The seventh shrine is found on a rock in the river east of the Flower Square: Forefront Campsite. Finally, the eighth shrine is inside the Ruined Temple Entrance, accessible by climbing steps on the right after crossing to the west side of the bridge.
Chapter 4 Shrines (Pilgrim's Zone)
Seven Dragon Vein Shrines are available in the Pilgrim's Zone. The first is found on the right side of the broken bridge after the opening Taurus boss fight. Within a cave network, the second shrine is at the end of a path. The third shrine requires navigating a small tunnel and jumping to an upper ledge. From the Stone Chamber Interior Campsite, the fourth shrine is found by heading clockwise around the edge of the current area. Near the Trail Area Campsite, the fifth shrine is located under a white tent. The sixth shrine is accessible by grappling and jumping across gaps within the Belfry area. Finally, the seventh shrine is located on a broken bridge section southeast of the Nushi's Lair Campsite.
