In Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave, the "Bird Time" activity is the sole method for increasing a character's support level with Eshmel during Part 1. This unique interaction allows players to deepen bonds with the enigmatic bird character, which in turn can lead to Eshmel offering defensive support in battles.
Bird Time becomes available once players unlock the Perch in Chapter 4. To initiate a session, select "Feed Pale Raven" from the Perch menu. Players then choose a character and an ingredient to feed Eshmel. Following this, the selected character will engage Eshmel in a dialogue, presenting three questions to which the player must select the optimal response from three options. Successfully answering these questions raises the support level.
It is important to note that only recruited characters can participate in Bird Time. Each character has a set of ten unique questions, though the specific questions that appear during a session are randomized. The rarity of the ingredient used does not appear to influence the questions presented. Players are limited to one Bird Time session per in-game week. As support levels increase, Eshmel becomes more likely to intervene in battles to block incoming damage.
This Bird Time mechanic is exclusive to Part 1 of the game, encompassing the first twelve chapters. Later in the game, other methods such as gifts, meals, temple services, theater sessions, and baths in the thermae become available for raising support with Eshmel.
The following provides the correct dialogue options and answers for each character available for Bird Time. Note that Gaitz is currently missing from this list as his recruitment method is still being determined.
Alexandra
