The mission "The Library" in Halo: Campaign Evolved tasks players with eradicating the Flood with the assistance of Guilty Spark. Amidst the intense enemy encounters, several collectibles are hidden. This guide details the locations of three skulls and one terminal within this mission.
Tilt Skull
The Tilt skull modifies weapon damage, increasing plasma damage against shields but decreasing it against health. To find it, proceed through the initial Flood encounters and descend into the library until you enter a tunnel covered in Flood growths. Upon exiting this tunnel, friendly drones will assist in fighting the Flood. Turn around and look for two slopes on either side of the tunnel you just exited. The Tilt skull is located atop the left slope.
Pop Skull and Tangent III Terminal
After acquiring the Tilt skull, take the elevator down and follow Guilty Spark to a locked door. You will need to defend Guilty Spark from an assault of Flood enemies. Once the area is clear, turn around. The Pop skull is perched on a ledge opposite the door. To reach it, climb the ramps on either side, jump onto the pillar next to them, and then make the final jump to the ledge.
After Guilty Spark unlocks the door, you will see two consoles. Interact with the console on the left to open a large door. Enter this new area, and proceed through a Flood-obscured doorway on your left. The Tangent III terminal is located inside, next to a fallen marine.
Famine Skull
Later in the mission, you will take a third elevator deeper into the library. Upon exiting, you will find three paths. Take the direct slope in front of you, being mindful of the numerous Flood enemies in the vicinity. At the bottom of this slope, turn left. The Famine skull is on the ground in that corner.
