The final mission of Halo: Campaign Evolved, "The Maw," contains three hidden skulls and one terminal. "The Maw" serves as the conclusion to the main campaign, excluding the three bonus levels recently added to the game. After the events of "Keyes," players must help Master Chief and Cortana finalize their mission.

Terminal: Arrival

To locate the "Arrival" terminal, players must progress through the mission until they reach a large room. This area features a fire at the back and several benches in the middle, with the terminal situated against the right-hand wall. The path to this room involves fighting through Flood, Covenant, and Sentinels.

Skull 1: Stowed Reload

The "Stowed Reload" skull is found in the cryo storage facility, which is part of the objective to reach engineering. After Guilty Spark reappears, follow the in-game HUD towards engineering. Players will enter a room containing four cryo chambers and numerous Sentinels and Flood enemies. The skull is located in the back left corner of this room. Players should look for a ramp next to a fire, then jump across two small support pillars to reach it.

This skull's effect causes weapons to continue reloading while they are stowed.

Skull 2: Boom

To find the "Boom" skull, players must navigate to the section where they need to expose and destroy four cores. Upon reaching this large open area, ascend the ramp on the right. Take a left and enter the door in the far corner. Follow the path on the second level until you exit and see "Piston D" on your right. Jump over pistons D, E, and F. To the left, a small platform with a cube-shaped debris can be seen. Jump to this platform and then crouch to move between the debris and the wall. A narrow ledge will be visible ahead, containing the "Boom" skull. Drop down to the ledge and continue crouching to reach the skull.

The "Boom" skull doubles the explosion radius of weapons.

Skull 3: Thunderstorm

The "Thunderstorm" skull is located during the mission's final escape sequence, where players drive a Warthog through the Pillar of Autumn under a time limit, engaging Covenant, Flood, and Sentinels. Early in this section, players will enter a tunnel with optional side doors. The "Thunderstorm" skull can be found by entering the second of these optional paths. Drive down the path and exit the Warthog halfway through to find the skull resting on charred ground.
