The "Truth and Reconciliation" mission in Halo: Campaign Evolved tasks players with rescuing Captain Keyes from a Covenant battle cruiser. Along this path, three hidden skulls and a single terminal can be discovered. This mission follows Master Chief's efforts after the Pillar of Autumn's crash landing.

Iron Skull

The first skull, known as "Iron," has a unique penalty: in co-op, dying resets the player to the last checkpoint, while solo play restarts the entire level. Players will find this skull after progressing to the large gravity lift that grants access to the Covenant ship. After clearing the area of enemies, including two Hunters, and receiving the objective to board the vessel, no further enemies will spawn. Proceed to the very back of this section. A tree with numerous vertical branches and leaves stands prominently. To its left, a light in the ground and a small cactus-like plant are visible. Players should walk up the sloped rock situated between the light and the plant, then look down to find the Iron skull resting on a ledge.

Endurance Spec Skull

The "Endurance Spec" skull offers invulnerability to UNSC vehicles. After boarding the battle cruiser and clearing initial enemy encounters, players must find and open a door from the other side to allow Master Chief's allies to advance. Entering the subsequent large room, which contains Wraiths, players will find themselves on an upper walkway. After defeating the enemies present, proceed to the far corner of this walkway. A purple Covenant cuboid, likely a storage unit, and three large purple support pillars will be in view. Aiming down the sights of a weapon will reveal the skull atop the third support pillar. To reach it, players must jump onto the cuboid, then sprint and jump onto the sloped section of the first pillar. Successive jumps between the pillars are required to reach the skull on the third one before slipping off. The player in Halo: Campaign Evolved looking at the Endurance Spec skull.

Foreign Skull

The "Foreign" skull prevents players from using weapons from other factions. Following the task of opening the door for Johnson and the marines, players will navigate through tunnels leading to a large hangar. As a Covenant dropship departs, players should make their way to the opposite corner of the hangar. A locked door is located here; enemies will emerge periodically. Players must enter the corridor as soon as an enemy exits. The Foreign skull is situated at the end of this corridor. The player in Halo: Campaign Evolved looking at the Foreign skull.

Inquisitor Terminal

The "Inquisitor" terminal is found as players progress towards rescuing Captain Keyes from the ship's brig. Upon reaching a room with multiple doors, players should take the door immediately to their right. This passage leads to a detention center. Interacting with the console in the center of this room will unlock the cells. The terminal is located in the back of the third cell out of four along the back wall.
