Phione, a Mythical Pokémon, has been added to Pokémon Pokopia with the recent Bubbly Basin expansion. Obtaining this elusive creature involves more than simply preparing its preferred habitat. Players must navigate specific Dream Islands and complete a series of steps to recruit it.
Locating the Dream Island
To begin the process of finding Phione, players should travel to the Starmie Doll Dream Island within the Bubbly Basin. While using the Ditto or Substitute Doll might randomly transport players to various islands, the Starmie Doll offers a higher probability of reaching the correct destination. It is important to note that only one Dream Island can be visited per day, and the island's layout is randomized. Phione's presence is also subject to this randomization, meaning multiple visits to the Starmie Doll Dream Island may be necessary.
Discovering Phione's Location
Once on the Starmie Doll Dream Island, players must locate an underwater cave situated directly beneath the island's central mountain. After swimming around the mountain's base, the cave entrance should become apparent. Inside, players will find a wall composed of stone blocks with interspersed gaps. This is a strong indicator of Phione's proximity. ## IMAGE3
Interacting with Phione
Upon discovering the stone wall, players may need to break through it to access Phione. Before interacting with the Pokémon, it is advisable to collect the Yellow Poké Ball, which contains three Rare Pokémetal. After entering the area where Phione is located, players should initiate a conversation and select the option 'Let's go see everyone!'. Successfully doing so will cause Phione to follow the player. ## IMAGE4 ## IMAGE5
To ensure Phione stays with the player, it is recommended to select 'Yes' when prompted to return to Drifloon. Subsequently, players should speak with Drifloon again and travel back to the area where the Starmie Doll is placed. ## IMAGE2
Establishing a Habitat
The final step involves creating a suitable habitat for Phione. The player can choose any location, such as the Basin Tall Grass, for Phione to reside in. When speaking with Phione near the selected habitat, players must choose the option 'Wanna move in here?' to confirm its placement. ## IMAGE6
While Phione can remain in the Bubbly Basin, players might consider diversifying their legendary Pokémon's locations. This strategy can be beneficial as Phione's Comfort Level provides a significant boost to an area's Environment Level, potentially making it easier to reach Level 10.
