Begin by locating the translucent statue at the rear of the secret room. Interact with it and select the 'Get Temporary Blueprints' option.

Next, open the build mode within your Eye of Graeae. Select the temporary Prime Ice statue blueprint. When facing the room from the entrance, construct one statue in the top-middle square and another in the middle-left square. This action will reveal a secret door.

Proceed through the newly opened secret door. Do not forget to collect the loot from the Remarkable Chest located within. Inside this room, copy the temporary blueprint of the next Prime Ice statue. A clue for its placement can be found by observing the floating sword on the other side of the room, which displays a snowflake symbol when illuminated directly. With the statue placed correctly, the puzzle is solved. A set of stairs will be revealed. Descend these stairs, find the Precious Chest in the corner, and interact with the doll on the chair to recover the fragment and complete the 'House of the Soulless' subquest.
