To access the ski lift in Big Walk, players must first complete the green tower. This involves collecting five red, gourd-shaped collectibles, which are awarded after successfully finishing challenges. These collectibles are then placed into compartments located at the top of the green tower. Following this, players will receive a key. This key must be taken to the base of the green tower and used to unlock five keyholes that are scattered across the mountain. Upon successful activation of all keyholes, players will reach a blue ski lift station situated to the east of the green tower. Inserting the key into its designated slot at this station will power on the ski lift.
The ski lift is particularly advantageous for players who find traversing the game's mountainous terrain tedious. It provides a direct route over the mountains where the green and yellow towers are located, and can also transport players from the southern mountains to the northwestern part of the map. The lift has multiple boarding points and passes by numerous challenges, making it an efficient method for carrying red collectibles across the island and generally speeding up travel.
