The Finders Keepers side quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker begins after you complete the Cursed Chasm and obtain the Map: Silver Cache Note. This quest directs players to find treasure by deciphering a hand-drawn map. The treasure is located relatively close to where the map note is discovered.
To commence the quest, travel to the Coward's Path Shrine. From there, proceed north along the path. Your companion, Coen, will offer commentary about the treasure map as you progress, indicating you are on the correct route. You will eventually reach an abandoned, ruined hut, which is marked on the in-game map.
Upon reaching the hut, you will need to eliminate any boars present in front of it. After clearing the area, activate Focus Mode to inspect the surroundings. Coen will observe that the location appears to be a makeshift graveyard and that the treasure lies deeper within the forest.
Following the path eastward and slightly northeast from the cemetery will lead you toward your quest marker. If you approach the Briar Slough Hillock Shrine, head northwest from it. Navigate through the burnt forest until you find a small cave. Be prepared to fight off wolves that guard the entrance before proceeding into the cave.
Outside the cave, you will notice disturbed soil. Inspecting this area will prompt Coen to mention the need for a shovel. The shovel is located nearby, to the eastern side of the cave, partially hidden by a bush. Once acquired, use the shovel on the disturbed soil. The excavation process takes two in-game time segments, after which you can claim your reward: a cache of silver.
