Working from home has become a widespread reality, and for those looking to optimize their home office setups, Elgato offers a comprehensive range of accessories. The company, widely recognized for its Stream Deck line, provides solutions for improving both productivity and comfort.
The Stream Deck family includes several variations. The Stream Deck +, which features a touch strip and control dials, is suited for tasks such as music or video editing. The Stream Deck Neo, a more compact option, offers touch points, eight keys, and an infobar. While often associated with content creation, these devices can significantly streamline workflows for users on both PC and Mac by offering customizable shortcuts and quick access to functions. Some Stream Deck models are currently available at a discount. The 15-key Stream Deck is priced at £109.99, reduced from £139.99, and the larger Stream Deck XL is available for £194.99, down from £229.99.
Audio quality is another area Elgato addresses with its Wave 3 microphone. This microphone aims to provide clear communication for calls, gaming, or content recording, and can be purchased standalone or with a microphone arm for flexible positioning. Elgato's sister brand, Corsair, also offers the VOID v2 headphones, noted for their wireless capabilities across multiple platforms, an extended 70-hour battery life, and strong audio performance.
Effective lighting can also transform a workspace. Elgato's lighting solutions include the Key Light Air, which can produce up to 2100 lumens and integrates with a companion app or the Stream Deck. The Key Light offers greater illumination with 2800 lumens, while the Key Light Nano provides a smaller, more versatile lighting option suitable for compact setups.
Beyond productivity tools, Elgato also offers ergonomic furniture. The Elgato Embrace chair is designed for extended use, featuring a mesh back, 4D adjustable armrests, lumbar support, and a 3D headrest, prioritizing comfort over a typical 'gamer' aesthetic.
