The compact PC measures approximately 5" x 5" x 2.4", comparable in size to Apple's Mac Mini. Its specifications include the 8-core Ryzen 7 Pro 6850H CPU, capable of reaching a 4.7GHz turbo frequency, and integrated Radeon 680M graphics. The 24GB of soldered LPDDR5-6400MHz RAM is complemented by support for up to two PCI-E 4x4 M.2 SSD modules, which are not included.
Connectivity is robust, featuring two USB 4 Type-C ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, two USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI port, a DisplayPort, a 3.5mm audio jack, and dual 2.5Gb ethernet ports. The system also includes WiFi 6 support.
This versatile mini PC is suitable for a range of tasks, including productivity, web browsing, video streaming, and light gaming. When paired with local storage, it can also function as a home server or a network video recorder. Its small footprint, low power consumption, and quiet operation make it an unobtrusive addition to a workspace, potentially mountable behind a monitor. At its current price point, it offers a compelling alternative to devices like the Raspberry Pi, providing greater power and utility for a similar or lower cost.
