Developer Warhorse Studios has announced that Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Royal Edition will be released on the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2027. This upcoming release will include the full base game content, all premium story expansions, exclusive in-game gear, and an additional questline.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II originally launched in February of last year for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The title was well-received, earning a 9.5 out of 10 from Game Informer, which lauded it as one of its favorite games of 2025.
While specific performance details for the Switch 2 version remain undisclosed, Warhorse Studios previously developed a port of the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance for the Switch 2, which was noted to run adequately. The developer's prior success with the first game suggests a similar or potentially improved performance for the sequel on the new hardware.
