Path of Exile 2 will officially launch its 1.0 version this December, developer Grinding Gear Games has announced. The free-to-play action RPG has been available in PC early access since December 2024, with the full release arriving nearly two years later.

Set in the dark continent of Wraeclast, Path of Exile 2 follows the isometric action RPG formula established by the Diablo series. Players will contend with a variety of monstrous forces and environmental hazards, with the option to tackle challenges solo or in co-operative play for up to six players. The game will remain free-to-play upon its full launch.

Upon reaching its 1.0 release, Path of Exile 2 will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
